· When it comes to food eating outside homes we have various preferences . Some common options include:

· In Japan, people of all ages loves a variety of delicious foods. Some of the most popular foods include:

· Certainly! Here are some fruits and vegetables which I like most. Among Fruits I like:
1. Apples :Apples are sweet and crunchy and also very healthy
2. Bananas: Bananas are easy to eat, and they are sweet too
3. Grapes: Grapes are small and easy to pop in your mouth. They're like nature's candy!
4. Strawberries :Strawberries are bright red and sweet.
5. Watermelon: Watermelon is juicy and refreshing, especially on hot days.
Among Vegetables my most favorite are:
1.Carrots 2. Cucumbers 3. Broccoli 4. Peppers 5. Corn
Eating a variety of them helps us to grow strong and healthy!
· In Japan, the food is generally considered very healthy! Japanese people eat a lot of nutritious foods like rice, fish, vegetables, and tofu. The reason is Japanese foods are prepared with fresh ingredients everyday.
· To keep ourselves healthy, it's important to eat a variety of different foods for a balance diet, we should eat right portion of food in right time including fresh fruits , vegetables, grains, fish , meat , egg , dairy products and little amount of fats and oil . We must need to drink enough water to keep us hydrated.
· Sometimes I love to make my own food when my mother is busy at her work. I can make scrambled egg, cheese sandwich, chocolate drink and etc.
· In summer, I went to a picnic with my family there we enjoyed delicious food outdoors on a sunny day. We had sandwiches with all our favorite fillings like peanut butter, jelly and cheese. There were also crunchy chips and fresh carrot sticks for a healthy snack. For drinks, we had lemonade in colorful cups with straws, and it was so refreshing! For main course, we ate BBQ Chicken , bread rolls and some healthy salads. The best part was when we had juicy watermelon slices for dessert. It was so sweet and juicy, and the sun made it taste even better. Picnics are a great way to have a meal outside and spend time with loved ones while enjoying nature.
